EXPRESS
Provides mail-in warranty coverage for the following equipment:
• Qualified Headsets
• Radios
• Batteries (under two years old)
ON-SITE
Provides on-site service during local business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm) when a reported problem cannot be resolved using over-the-telephone diagnostics.
This service is an add-on to any comprehensive or express maintenance program.
